Anna Silk
Anna Silk is Canadian actress and has gained fame in Canada for her role of Bo. Silk was a native of Fredericton in New Brunswick, Canada. Silk is the daughter of Peter an academic, and Ilkay Silk who is a renowned actress director producer playwright educator as well as Director of Drama in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. One of Anna's first memories are of attending rehearsals for plays as well as watching her mother do the perform. Silk was a part of numerous commercials for kids. Silk was a graduate of St. Thomas University with the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas has produced two shows in the early days: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk relocated to Toronto in her quest to act and progress, and then moved to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman was her future spouse when she first met him in 2007 during an acting workshop in Los Angeles. Following their engagement in 2008, the couple got married in 2009. Following her conversion to Judaism and they renew their vows in the Jewish ceremony on 10 April 2011 in Fredericton. Silk Cooperman had a baby boy, her son, Samuel Jerome Cooperman, in May 2013. Levi Aaron, her second son was born on May 13, in 2016. Silk is a variety of roles on television, among them Cassidy Holland from Being Erica. Silk was nominated for a Gemini Award in 2009 for her performance. Silk was cast in the lead role in the role of Bo Dennis, a succubus as seen in Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant during final production of the season 3 finale and announced this to viewers on Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on 6 January 2013. Silk revealed via Twitter, on the 20th of June, 2013 that production had begun on Season 4. In June of 2013, Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed the beginning of production for the Fourth season. CNN has named Bo's character along with Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most talked about TV couples of all time. E! voted it as top TV couple in 2013. Entertainment Television.
