Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones (born September 3rd, 1976) is an American actress from America. Her most well-known roles include parts in soap operas, including Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and as Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. She also portrayed the recurring role as Daphne during the second season of HBO drama True Blood. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She started her career as teacher in Maury County where she taught students in Kindergarten and First Grade Reading. In 1998 she married their UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and relocated into Thompsons Station. The following year at Bethesda Elementary she started teaching the 4th Grade. From 1999 to 2000, she taught while obtaining her Masters of Education from Trevecca Nazarene University. She stepped out of the classroom in 2000, when the couple welcomed their baby boy Baylor. Ashley has spent the last 15 years being focused on the development of the kids in her local congregation and in the community, while also serving as a variety of roles. Ashley has served as one of the leaders for the Preschool Ministry as well as in the Students Ministry for more than 13 years. Ashley has spent the last three years home, homeschooling her children. Ashley was also teaching History at the homeschool tutorial in their time of homeschooling. Ashley loved being at home with her kids as well as teaching her children. However, God made it clear that the time had come for their family members to come back to school full-time. Brent as well as Ashley have five kids. Silas Eliza Cruz and Cruz and Cruz GCA students. Baylor a GCA graduate attends and plays baseball at UT Martin. Callan is a GCA graduate also studies at Western Kentucky University. The family is active and enjoys fishing, hunting and supporting the other family members in their sports.
