Humans are adults, or animals is one that has grown in all its potential. If used in conjunction with human beings, the term "adult" may mean something associated with legal or social concepts. A legal adult, in contrast to "minors" (also known as non-adults) can be defined as someone older than the average age and therefore considered independent, responsible and independent. Also known as "majors", they can also be thought to be at the age of adulthood. The age for achieving the legal age of adulthood is 18 but the definition can vary based on the legal rights of the country, and psychological development.

The lifespan of an individual adulthood is the point at which he or she attains full mental and physical maturity. Typically, the age of adulthood is around the age of 21, or 20. Old age is about 60 years later than middle age. There are three major stages of adulthood beginning in early adults (18 to mid-30s) and middle adulthood (mid-30s until mid-60s) and then the final stage of adulthood (mid-60s to end of life). The early adulthood stage is the one of physical maturity you reach when you turn 20 to 40 years aged. The size and weight of our bodies, however, may slightly increase. When we are young, our physical abilities are at their best which includes the strength of our muscles, our reaction speed sensors, as well as the functioning of our heart.
